I have just placed an order, what happens next?
You will receive an automatic e-mail to confirm your e-mail. If you have
paid instantly or when you pay by cheque you will receive a paid invoice
e-mail confirming dely details, when you should receive it and by what method.
I have something on back order can I cancel it?
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always
be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not
wait.
You have e-mailed me to say that you have delivered the goods but
they have not turned up yet?
After 2 working days of us posting it please e-mail me at info@dkob.com
and we will track the parcel for you. Alternatively, we always supply a
track and trace reference number on our invoices to enable you to check
were your goods are in transit unless you request the standard parcel
service were you will have to contact us for assistance. You can find this
by logging onto www.royalmail.com
and clicking on "Track & Trace".
Why do you only send paypal payments to the verified address only?
Due to Paypal's strict "Seller Protection Scheme", they will
only give complete protection against chargeback to sellers who strictly
follow their rules. Sending to the verified address is one stipulation
that we must follow. Please note that having a verified account doesnot
mean that you have a verified address.
My Paypal account says I am a verified user but you are saying not?
You probably have more than one address set up under Paypal or you have
never clicked the relevant setting in your paypal account to update your
records. Simply log onto your paypal account and look under Profiles then
Postal address address. Click under the radion button that says verified
address. You will now need to resend the payment again after we have refunded
the original payment. If this doesnot solve the problem then a simple
call to Paypal should resolve the matter.
Will my goods be insured if lost or damaged in the post?
Yes, providing you chose to use that method of despatch. There a number
of different methods of despatch with different covers of insurance. The
choice is yours but you will only be insured to have replacement goods
upto the value of the invoice or the level of cover you choose, which ever
is the lowest value.
I am an international buyer how do I know how much extra to pay for
postage.
You have 2 options to either pay a standard delivery or a recorded and
insured rate. We advise you take the insured rate as we will not be liable
for goods being damaged or lost in the post. If you take the standard
level, we will however obtain a proof of postage and will help were I
can if things go wrong. The difference in the rates will be shown at checking
out stage.
Do I have to pay extra for V.A.T. and delivery.
The prices include VAT, but the delivery charge is extra with you chosing
which service and price.
Is there a discount if I buy multiple products?
Contact me by e-mail and I will see if any savings on postage are available.
How do I pay by paypal or nochex if I am not a member yet?
Use the links on my page to set up an account with them. It is very
simple and very quick. It will take around 1 week to verify your paypal
account so if you want something instantly, we suggest using nochex.
What if I pay instantly, how long can I expect delivery?
Goods will be posted within 2 working days but typically within 24 hours
of full payment. If there is any hold up we will contact you by e-mail.
You will have the right to cancel the order by e-mail if wedonot have
stocks but would appreciate a very quick response. Cheques clear on average
5 working days. Goods will then be posted once cleared.
Can I pay by cash?
Yes, but we must stress that this is done at your own risk if sending in
the post.
What if I have a faulty product?

How long do I have to wait for a credit if I return something?
Once we receive the goods back and they are checked, you will receive a
full credit for the cost of goods providing everything meets our details
in our terms and conditions.
What currencies do you accept?
We can accept most forms of currency but please e-mail first because there
may be extra costs to pay. If possible pay by Nochex or Paypal and it
will convert for you. See our payment methods screen on our homepage for
